Blue Hole Falls on Fiery Gizzard Trail

This is Blue Hole Falls which is along the Fiery Gizzrd Trail in Tracy City, Tennessee. The trail follows Fiery Gizzard Creek through a valley with a wide variety of plant and animal life. During the summer, the temperatures in the valley are always cooler than those in the surrounding area. Clicking the thumbnail image opens a larger version of the image.

BuggyTop Cave (Return to the Light)

This is the view from within BuggyTop Cave, looking back out towards the entrance. Officially known as Carter Cave, it is in Sewanee, Tennessee. It got its nickname after the shape of its entrance, which resembles the awning of an old horse-drawn buggy when seen from outside the cave. Lord Bluto

This is Bluto, an Australian Bearded Dragon, who is about 24 inches long. Bluto enjoys crickets, green beans, and watching the cursor move on my computer screen when I'm sitting here typing.

Peek-a-Poo, Unchained!

This is an unretouched photo of my wife's little dog Killer. She's 22 pounds, half cocker spaniel and half pekinese/poodle mix. She's a very mellow little dog, and only looks like this because the flash reflected off of her retinas.
